Saint Louis County residents already had a fairly high awareness of the curbside recycling program, and participation was also strong, but education efforts had never been consistent across the multiple districts and municipalities. CVP partnered with the county for the "Recycling Becomes Me" campaign in order to kick things up a notch and develop a comprehensive, unified county-wide education campaign that reinforced a growing culture of recycling.
